The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) supports thriving, productive and sustainable Victorian communities, environments and industries. DEECA leads delivery of Victoria’s 10-year circular economy plan, Recycling Victoria: a new economy supporting waste reduction, recycling, reuse, stronger markets and investment. DEECA delivers key programs, including Household Recycling Reforms, Detox Your Home, ResourceSmart Schools, and behaviour change initiatives. Our new Circular Economy Facilitation Service helps businesses and project proponents navigate government, make connections, understand funding pathways, address barriers and progress circular economy opportunities.
