Purchased a Sponsorship Package with us and have assets to prepare? Here is your one-stop-shop for all specs, file types and submission details.

All key due dates are outlined in your Exhibitor Manual. Our team provide a standardised period of support for deadline reminders, however, please note your inaction may result in missed delivery of promotional items. Final outcomes will be at our discretion. If you have any questions or need further support, please contact our team.

Please provide a zipped folder containing all versions of your logo (for both print and digital assets). Doing so upfront will minimise delays and ensure that we always have the correct logo for each deliverable.

Description: Supply two full pages of content (artwork, copy or a combination of both). This should be completely your own branding and design.

Description: Please provide a high-res image with no white background as well as some copy to accompany the artwork.

PDF (preferred) or JPG at 300ppi with RGB colour. Keep any text 10mm from the edge of the page to ensure it is not clipped. No bleed/trim required as this is a digital publication.
File Size:

Additional: Caption (max. 280 characters) along with your preferred hashtags and handle so we can tag your brand correctly. The copy may be subject to edits from our team to ensure a consistent tone of voice.
*Paid content is scheduled in on a first in basis dating back from the show dates. The later your content is supplied, the higher the chance of your post being scheduled alongside other paid posts at the same time.
